摘要

提出了一种高压发生器XPSI板的故障诊断方法,通过诊断XPSI板上的五种核心芯片,定位出XPSI板的故障原因.系统以STM32F103RE芯片为控制芯片,采集各芯片检测电路的测试点电压值,通过RS-232串口将采集的电压值传输到上位机,并在串口调试助手中显示.通过对比各电路采集的实际电压值与理论值,判断芯片是否损坏,从而实现故障诊断.

Abstract

A fault diagnosis method for XPSI board of high voltage generator is presented in this paper.The fault causes of XPSI board are located by diagnosing five core chips on XPSI board.The system takes STM32F103RE chip as the control chip,collects the test point voltage value of each chip detection circuit,transmits the collected voltage value to the upper computer through RS-232 serial port,and displays it in the serial port debugging assistant.By comparing the actual volt-age value collected by each circuit with the theoretical value,the system can determine whether the chip is damaged,and thereby realize fault diagnosis and location of XPSI board.
