摘要

湿海绵针孔检漏仪可对防护涂层为金属表面的检测对象进行缺陷判断,在汽车工业、物流运输、航空航天等领域广泛运用.通过对湿海绵针孔检漏仪的特性和使用条件等进行归纳总结,并针对我国现阶段仍未有此类仪器的专用规程规范的现状,提出了一套完整的校准方法,并分析校准过程中的要点与难点,设计此类仪器的标准校准装置,进而解决此类仪器全参数的量值溯源问题,保证此类仪器使用过程的准确与可靠,为后续此类仪器相关规程规范的发布提供重要参考依据.

Abstract

Wet sponge pinhole leak detectors are used to find defects on metal surfaces of protective coatings and have found wide application in the fields of automotive industry,logistics transportation,aerospace,etc.This paper summarizes the characteristics and usage conditions of wet sponge pinhole leak detectors,and proposes a methodology of their calibration in response to the lack of specialized regulation and specification for such instruments in China.The key points and difficulties in the calibration process are analyzed,and a standard calibration device is designed to cope with all-parameter measured value traceability and to ensure accuracy and reliability.The paper contains useful information for the formulation of official specifications.
