摘要

提出了一种适用于包含分布式光伏的配电网台区储能优化调度方案,旨在通过调节电池储能的充放电方案来缓解台区并网点功率波动,并最小化系统网损.在已知光伏发电功率曲线和负荷曲线的基础上,搭建了储能调度优化模型,并采用遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm,GA)对所提模型进行求解.最后在 IEEE 17 节点上进行仿真分析,验证了所提优化调度模型的有效性.

Abstract

A optimized scheduling scheme for internal energy storage of distribution networks with distributed photovoltaic generations is proposed,aiming at mitigating power fluctuation at the grid connection point and minimize the system pow-er loss by adjusting the charge and discharge of energy storage batteries.According to the known power output curve and load curve of photovoltaic generation,an energy storage optimized scheduling model is constructed,and the genetic algo-rithm(GA)is used to solve the proposed model.A simulation analysis conducted on the IEEE 17-node system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model.
