网格化配网多时间尺度源荷优化调度研究

随着新能源渗透率不断提高和负荷日益多元化,如何实现复杂配网系统内源荷功率快速协调已成为迫切需要解决的问题.首先分析了新能源以任意功率并网时反映交流系统相对强度的运行广义短路比;其次提出了基于多时间尺度信息的配网网格源荷功率优化调度策略,基于此建立了日内和实时功率调度计划模型.在 MATLAB/Simulink平台进行的仿真分析表明,应用所提出的策略对配网系统进行网格化划分,使用所建立的模型引入运行广义短路比约束条件,能够充分发挥网格化优化协调源荷功率的优势,提高新能源消纳率和配网抵御源荷波动的能力.
The continuous increasing penetration rate of new energy generations and diversified loads are making how to a-chieve rapid coordination of internal load power in complex distribution network systems an urgent problem.This paper first analyzes operation generalized short-circuit ratio which reflects relative strength of AC system when new energy sources are connected to the grid at any power.It second proposes the optimization scheduling strategy for distribution grid source-load power based on multi-time-scale information,and further establishes daily and real-time power scheduling plan model.Simulation analysis conducted using MATLAB/Simulink has shown that the given strategy for grid partitioning of distribution network system and the introduction of operation generalized short circuit ratio constraints in the built model can fully leverage the advantages of grid optimization and coordination of source load power,improve new energy absorp-tion and consumption rate,and enhance the resistance of distribution network to source-load fluctuations.
