A New-type Four-mode Voltage-adjustable AC/AC Converter
This paper proposes a new type of AC-AC converter with four modes which reduces harmonics in the output waveform of the new mode,improves the quality of the output voltage,reduces the damage of voltage ripple to electrical appliances,and adds a new operating mode.Under the new operating mode,this converter inherits other advantages of the original converter,such as only using two switching tubes for high-frequency switching and reducing power loss.The working principle and control method of the converter are outlined in this paper,the inductance and capacitance of the new mode are derived,and the correctness is verified through simulation in MATLAB/Simulink.
