多元场景下混合储能-发电机组支撑电网的优化配置研究

在电力系统调频领域,随着风电等新能源并网量不断增加,传统单一类型储能配置已不能很好地满足日益复杂场景下的调频需求,因此设定不同风电渗透率的场景,就如何提升传统发电系统调频能力展开探讨,利用粒子群算法,以控制指标和经济指标综合最优为目标函数进行混合储能容量和功率优化配置,实现电网的稳定运行.
Study on Optimal Configuration of Hybrid Energy Storage-Generator Set-based Power Grid Regulation in Multivariate Scenarios
In the field of power system frequency regulation,with the increasing integration of new energy sources such as wind generations into power grids,conventional single type energy storage configurations cannot well meet the frequency regulation needs in increasingly complex scenarios.Therefore this paper sets different scenarios for wind power penetration rates and discusses how to improve the frequency regulation ability of conventional power generation systems.Using parti-cle swarm optimization algorithm,the mixed energy storage capacity and power optimization configuration are carried out with the objective function of comprehensive optimization of control indicators and economic indicators,achieving stable operation of the power grid.
