高压电机运行时,绝缘结构中的某些薄弱环节会出现局部放电,异常放电现象持续性发展将导致高压电机绝缘完全击穿.以某电厂重要厂用水泵电机端部绕组放电问题为切入,基于局部放电机理,开展端部绕组放电及处理研究分析,并对端部绕组放电缺陷进行修复并验证修复效果,为处理典型局部放电缺陷、提升设备可靠性提供参考.
Analysis and Treatment of Interphase Discharge Defects in High-voltage Motor End Windings
In operating high-voltage motors,some weak parts in the insulation structure may encounter partial discharge,and the continuous development of abnormal discharge will lead to the complete breakdown of the insulation.Regarding the end winding partial discharge of a major water pump motor of an actual power plant as the exemplary object,this pa-per conducts analysis from the perspective partial discharge mechanism,and repairs and verifies the end winding discharge defects,so as to provide useful information for facilitating effective handling of typical defects and improving equipment reliability.
