双恒流源激励的铂电阻测温电路及防护电路设计

三线制铂电阻是常用的一种温度传感器,具有性能稳定、测温范围广、快速响应等优点,在电力系统中得到了广泛应用,但会受到其他因素的影响,从而在系统中产生附加误差.为避免和减少在实际使用过程中产生的附加误差影响测量精度,基于 NSA2862 X芯片设计了一种双恒流源激励的铂电阻测温电路.介绍了双恒流源测温电路及参数计算,为满足工业电磁兼容要求设计了抗干扰防护电路、数据传输方式等,最后经过试验验证了该电路的合理性、可靠性及实用性.
Design of Dual Constant Current Source-excited Temperature Measuring Circuit and Protective Circuit for Pt Resistances
Three-wire Pt resistance is a commonly used temperature sensor which has the advantages of stable perform-ance,wide measurement range,and fast response.Three-wire Pt resistances have found wide application in power sys-tems,while nevertheless may be affected by disturbing factors and bring about additional errors.To avoid and reduce the impact of additional errors on measurement accuracy in actual use,this work designed a dual constant current source-ex-cited temperature measuring circuit based on the NSA2862 X chip and calculated relevant parameters.Apart from the tem-perature measuring circuit,an anti-interference protection circuit and the data transmission mode were also designed to meet the requirements for industrial electromagnetic compatibility.Finally the rationality,reliability and practicability of the circuit were experimentally verified.
