摘要

以一起励磁变故障主保护动作后程跳逆功率保护再次动作的事故为案例,阐述了程跳逆功率保护动作的原因.基于该案例和其他多种故障或工况异常案例中程跳逆功率的整定定值和主保护动作后的功率计算值,分析了程跳逆功率的动作情况,给出了相应的结论以及解决方案.所提方案已被应用于实际运行并取得了良好的效果.

Abstract

This paper focuses on an actual case of undesired action of the programmed adverse power protective trip after the fault-induced activation of the main relay of a certain excitation transformer.It first briefly summarizes the possible reasons causing the tripping of programmed adverse power protection.It then analyzes the activation processes of pro-grammed adverse power protective trips in various practical cases,including the aforementioned one and others,according to the tuned protective threshold values and the calculated power values after main relay activation,and gives the corre-sponding conclusion as well as the countermeasures.The proposed countermeasures have found practical application and showed satisfactory utility.
