自愈式低压电容器金属化薄膜的应用研究

自愈式低压电容器在运行一段时间后会出现减容,大部分电容器元件可在保护动作时退出运行,个别元件击穿后无法退出运行,甚至出现着火等情况.通过对损坏电容器的芯子连接、元件金属化膜的解剖,以及对金属化膜卷绕的元件进行一系列方阻、膜厚等相应试验,提出了自愈式低压电容器金属化膜的改进方法.
Applicative Study of Metallized Thin Film of Self-healing Low-voltage Parallel Capacitors
Self-healing low-voltage capacitors often experience capacity reduction after practically operating for a certain duration.Most of the capacitor components can be appropriately switched-off upon protection actions,and in severe cases,some components get breakdown or even burning.In view of this the present work carried out dissection of core connec-tions and component metallization films with respect to damaged capacitors,and a series of corresponding tests such as square resistance and film thickness on the components wound with metallized films.As a result the methods of enhancing the metallized films of self-healing low-voltage capacitors have been put forward.
