摘要

支柱绝缘子在电网中起到绝缘支撑和固定的作用.运行中的绝缘子可能由于 RTV涂料老化脱落等原因导致泄漏电流增大,局部温度过高.以一起支柱绝缘子局部过热为例,通过外观检查、盐密/灰密试验、憎水性试验、自洁性试验、闪络耐压试验等,得出 RTV涂料老化与表面脏污是该支柱绝缘子局部过热的主要原因.

Abstract

Post insulators play the role of insulation support and fixation in power grids.Operating post insulators may en-counter leakage current increase and excessively high partial temperature due to the aging and shedding of RTV coating.This paper is the causal analysis of a case of partial overheat of an actual post insulator,which mainly entails tests such as appearance inspection,salt density and ash density test,hydrophobicity test,self-cleaning test,flashover voltage test,and through which the major trigger for the partial overheat can be determined as aging and surface fouling of RTV coat-ing.
