核电厂凝汽器真空系统真空泵运行方式优化研究

某百万千瓦级核电站设计采用三台水环式真空泵为凝汽器建立并维持真空,正常为两运一备,真空泵与凝汽器均为海水冷却.通过计算,分析了夏季时该电厂凝汽器真空的极限值以及真空泵的运行情况,得出在夏季该电厂凝汽器真空存在优化的潜力,并提出了对真空泵运行方式的优化.
Study on Optimization of Vacuum Pump Operation Mode of Condenser Vacuum System in Nuclear Power Plant
A million kilowatt nuclear power plant is designed with three water ring vacuum pumps to establish and main-tain vacuum in the condenser.Under normal operating conditions,two pumps are put into service and the other one acts as the backup.The vacuum pumps and the condenser are both cooled by seawater.This paper analyzes the limit vacuum de-gree value in the condenser during summer through calculation and the operation of the vacuum pumps.It can be concluded that the vacuum degree of the condenser has optimization potential during summer.It also proposes optimization about the pump operation mode.
