摘要

针对某 300 MW火力发电机组凝汽器结垢引起凝汽器真空异常下降,但机组无法停运处理结垢问题,采用循环水加酸使凝汽器处于弱酸性环境,从而达到在线缓解凝汽器结垢、提高凝汽器真空的目的,为凝汽器在线缓解结垢问题提供了参考.

Abstract

The condenser of a 300 MW thermal power unit encountered scaling-induced vacuum abnormal reduction.Be-cause the unit cannot be shut down to deal with scaling,the circulating water is added with acid to make the condenser in a weak acid environment,so as to achieve the purpose of online alleviating scaling and improving condenser vacuum.The practice of the handling provides useful information for coping with similar problems.
