首先从振动机理出发,找到了问题根源是结构共振和转子不平衡;接着从分析振动传递路径入手,找到了导致电机振动超标激励源,随后采用动平衡的方法减小了风机剩余不平衡量,从而使电机振动超标问题得到解决.
Vibration Control of Belt-driven Centrifugal Fans in Nuclear Power Plants
Starting from the route causes of vibration of belt-driven centrifugal fans,i.e.,structural resonance and rotor unbalance,the analysis of vibration transmission path is carried out,which determines the over-standard excitation source of motor vibration.Then the method of dynamic balance is used to reduce the residual unbalance of the fan,so as to ad-dress the over-standard motor vibration.
