PAC作为净水厂水处理工艺投加絮凝药剂,应用较为广泛.某厂PAC药液生产设施主要由2个溶药池、2个储药池组成.每个池子附带1个电动搅拌器及1个液位仪.药剂投加设备是3台隔膜计量泵,工作模式为两用一备,2#泵同时作为1#泵及3#泵的备用泵.具体工艺原理是:溶药池投加固体粉末PAC药剂进行溶解,高浓度药剂液体进入储药池通过配水阀加水稀释,稀释后的药剂通过加药泵投加到对应的折板反应池.由于前期药剂溶液制备投加的工艺流程不能很好地满足水厂生产运行的要求,自动化程度较低,因此近期对相关工艺流程和控制程序进行改造,取得了不错的效果.
PAC is widely used as flocculating agent in water treatment process.The PAC liquid production facility of our-Waterworks is mainly composed of two dissolving tanks and two storage tanks.Each tank is equipped with an electric mix-er and a liquid level detector.The PACliquid dosing equipment is three diaphragm metering pumps,and the working mode of the pumps is dual use and one standby,Pump 2 also serves as a backup pump for Pump 1 and Pump 3.The specific process principle is:the solid powder of PAC is added to the dissolving tank,then the highly concentrated pharmaceutical liquid enters the storage tank and is diluted by adding more water.The diluted reagent is added to the corresponding fold-ing plate reaction tank through the pumps.Because the process flow of preparation and dosing of PAC liquid in the early time could not meet the requirements of the production and operation of ourWaterworks,and the degree of production au-tomation was low,so we reformed the relevant process flow and control program recently,and achieved good results.
