摘要
火电厂各原煤仓加煤量计量的准确性和实时性,是配煤系统及整个机组安全运行的重要保障.首先对火电厂煤仓计量系统架构进行介绍,接着比较分析使用单个上游皮带秤实现对多个下游煤仓分仓计量的不同方法及其存在的不足,然后以具体项目为例,从提升安全性、准确性和稳定性等角度,介绍某火电厂煤仓分仓计量系统中数字虚拟秤计量系统的综合改进措施.
Abstract
The accuracy and real-time measurement of coal loading in each raw coal bunker of thermal power plant is an important guarantee for the safe operation of coal blending system and the whole unit.This paper first introduces the structure of coal bunker measurement system in thermal power plant,and then compares and analyzes the various meth-ods of using a single upstream belt weigher to measure multiple downstream coal bins and their shortcomings.Then taking a specific project as an example,it introduces the comprehensive improvement measures of the digital virtual scale meas-urement system in the coal bunker measurement system from the perspective of improving safety,accuracy and stability.
