摘要
随着风电渗透率的不断提高,电网的等效转动惯量降低,这给频率稳定带来了巨大挑战,因此利用风机自身和储能系统(Energy Storage System,ESS)协同参与电网调频,提出了一种风储联合系统(Wind Storage System,WSS)协同控制调频策略,以提升WSS调频的可靠性.最后,运用MATLAB/Simulink仿真模型验证了控制策略的有效性.
Abstract
The continuous increase of penetration rate of wind generations to power networks has resulted in reduced e-quivalent moment of inertia and posed a significant challenge to frequency stability.By utilizing frequency regulation capa-bilities of wind turbines themselves and energy storage systems,the present work made a preliminary attempt to establish a wind-storage collaborative control-based frequency regulation strategy with improved reliability and utility.The proposed control strategy was verified effective by MATLAB/Simulink modeling and simulation.
