基于电动汽车充电负荷的小区配电网建设改造策略研究

大规模私人电动汽车接入小区电网进行充电,使得小区负荷组成及特性发生变化,故需对小区配电网进行改造升级,以适应电动汽车广泛接入.首先调研现状汽车保有量、电动汽车保有量和充电设施情况,收集并整理电动汽车及充电桩发展政策文件,预测电动汽车保有量及其充电设施发展规模,接着调研各类小区充电负荷特性及现状小区配变负荷特性,分析电动汽车充电负荷对配变的影响.以充电负荷接入对电网负面影响为导向,从工作做法、技术方法、实施路径、技术支撑多方面开展适应性策略研究,确保电动汽车与电网协调发展.该策略研究可为小区配电网改造提供借鉴和参考.
Points in Construction and Retrofit of Apartment Complex Distribution Networks Considering Electric Vehicle Charging
Large-scale private EVs connection to distribution networks of apartment complexes has brought about changes in composition and characteristics of load which urge specific retrofit of apartment complex distribution networks.This es-say first outlines the current status of car ownership,EV ownership and charging facilities,gives rough prediction on the development scale of EVs and their charging facilities based on the current status and the relevant policies.Then it clarifies the charging load characteristics various types of apartment complexes and the influence of EVs charging to the network.Aiming at coping with negative impact of charging load on distribution networks and facilitating network-EV coordinative development,it proposes some practical points related to various aspects such as operation,technology,and implementa-tion,which may be useful for retrofits of apartment complex distribution networks.
