Multi-objective Planning of Distribution Framework Considering High-proportion Integration of New Energy Generations
With the increase of new energy generations integrated to power networks, the planning process may overly fo-cus on optimizing economy and reliability, while neglecting the importance of voltage stability, resulting in high voltage stability indicators and unstable voltage. This work studied a multi-objective planning method for distribution framework considering high-proportion integration of new energy generations.First a multi-objective planning function for the distri-bution network framework that covers multiple dimensions was established.Second a series of constraint conditions were formulated to ensure the feasibility and rationality of the grid planning.Further the coding method for network optimiza-tion planning was determined, providing effective guidance for the optimization design of the distribution networks. Finally advanced optimization algorithms were used to solve the multi-objective planning problem and find the optimal balance point among multiple objectives. The proposed method was indicated by experiment to achieve voltage stability index supe-rior to both of the methods in references when coping with distribution framework multi-objective planning, and hence have strong practicality.
