机器人在牵引变电所应急操作中的应用

在牵引变电所实施大规模无人值守的工作中,考虑到应急操作到达现场的难度和事故的影响程度,枢纽地区、难以到达区域的变电所仍采用有人值班的方式.为了解决这一问题,将智能应急操作装置引入牵引变电所,融合当前最新的机器人技术和人工智能技术,研发了牵引变电所应急操作机器人,采用六自由度机械臂并在其末端加装操作爪的方案,综合利用双目深度相机提供的深度和图像信息进行图像识别,达到毫米级的操作误差要求,实现了对成套设备、综合自动化系统面板按钮、转换开关的操作功能,提升了变电所运维智能化水平和应急响应水平,为无人值守变电所的全面推广提供了有力的保障.
Application of Robots in Emergency Operation of Traction Substations
In the current practices of large-scale unattended work in traction substations,considering the difficulty of e-mergency operation arriving at the site and the impact of accidents,substations in hub areas and remote areas still adopt the manned mode.In order to solve this problem,the intelligent emergency operation device was introduced into the trac-tion substation,and the latest robot technology and artificial intelligence technology were integrated to develop the traction substation emergency operation robot,which was equipped with a 6-DOF mechanical arm and an operating claw at its end.Moreover,binocular depth camera was used to provide depth and image information for image recognition to keep opera-tional error at millimeter level.The operation functions for the complete set of equipment,the panel buttons of the inte-grated automation system,and the change-over switch were also realized.The output of this study may facilitate improve-ment in smartization and emergency response of substations,and popularization of unattended substations.
