基于TOPSIS算法的电动汽车充电站运行质量评估

当前电动汽车充电站在迅猛发展的同时,存在用能损耗高、充电效率低、闲置率高等问题,运行质量不佳.对此,以实地检测评估充电站运行质量的方法在经济性和可操作性上存在一定困难.为解决这一问题,建立一种应用在电动汽车充电站运行质量评估的指标体系,实现非侵入式评估电动汽车充电站的运行质量优劣.该模型可辅助充电站管理人员快速评估电动汽车充电站运行质量,有效提高检测效率,为运行维护方面提供强有力的技术手段.
TOPSIS Algorithm-based Assessment of Operational Quality for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Electric vehicle charging stations,though experiencing rapid development,have been encountering problems such as high energy consumption,low charging efficiency,and high idle rates,which result in poor operational quality.Moreover,conventional methods to assess EV charging station operational quality relying on on-site examination are infe-rior in cost-effectiveness and feasibility.In view of this the present work made an attempt to construct an assessment indi-cator system for operational quality of EV charging stations,and to realize non-invasive assessment.The established model was indicated adequate in assisting charging station managers to quickly assess operational quality,thereby facilitate examination efficiency improvement,and operation and maintenance of EV charging stations.
