提出了一种基于IEC 6185 0标准的智能变电站SCL文件验证算法,可以有效实现自动化设备的互操作性.首先,介绍了智能变电站一二次设备、IED功能及通信机制等抽象模型的配置描述语言,阐述了其体系结构、文件格式及使用流程.然后,基于IEC 61850标准现有的通信模型,使用管理信息库映射方法搭建了多供应商IED的集成数据模型,并以对等TC的信息模型为例对模型建立过程进行说明.最后,对所提出的改进SCL验证算法中各模块功能进行分析,验证各供应商IED的SCL文件与IEC 61850标准契合,可以有效提高IED之间的互操作性.
IEC 61850 Standard-based SCL File Verification Algorithm for Smart Substations
This paper proposes an IEC 61850 standard-based SCL file verification algorithm for smart substations,which can effectively realize interoperability of automation equipment.First the configuration description language of abstract models such as primary and secondary equipment of smart substation,IED function and communication mechanism are described in detail,and its architecture,file format and application flow are clarified.Then based on the existing commu-nication model of IEC 61850 standard,an integrated data model configuration for multi-supplier IEDs is constructed using the management information library mapping method,and the process of model establishment is explained using the infor-mation model of peer TC as an example.Finally the functionality of each module in the proposed improved SCL validation algorithm is analyzed.It is verified that the SCL files of various suppliers IEDs are consistent with the IEC 61850 stand-ard,facilitating enhanced interoperability between IEDs.
