为提高变电站设备监控信息验收效率,加快集控系统建设进程,设计了一种基于智能电网控制系统(D5000)与新集控系统的变电站信息自动验收手持终端.首先概括了当前国内外变电站信息自动验收技术现状与不足,然后分析了手持终端的工作原理,随后研究了 D5000双平面信号校核结果展示、新集控系统监控信号的自助验收与结果展示、新集控系统与D5000系统信号断面差异化展示3种技术方案,在Ⅲ区搭建变电站自动验收平台,并依托i国网移动软件,实现自动验收平台的手持终端应用,最后进行手持终端功能和硬件设计,并给出了标准化的工作流程.
Design and Analysis of a Dual-system Handheld Gadget for Automatic Pre-acceptance Checking of Substation Information
In order to improve the efficiency in pre-acceptance checking of substation equipment information and facilitate the construction of centralized control systems,a handheld gadget for automatic pre-acceptance checking of substation in-formation acceptance combining dual systems of smart grid control(D5000)and new centralized control was designed.First the current worldwide status and shortcomings of automatic pre-acceptance checking of substation information were clarified.Then three technical solutions,i.e.,the display of D5000 dual plane signal verification results,the automated pre-acceptance checking and result display of monitoring signals in the new centralized control system,and the differential display of signal cross-sections between the new centralized control system and D5000 system,were studied by analyzing working principle of the handheld gadget.A substation automatic pre-acceptance checking platform was built in Zone Ⅲ,and the handheld gadget was applied to the automatic platform by utilizing mobile software of i-State Grid.Finally the functionality and hardware design of the handheld gadget,and the formulation of its standardized workflow,were carried out.
