摘要

随着配网系统电源和负荷类型不断多元化、网架结构日趋复杂化,如何快速协调其内部源荷功率平衡,已成为亟需解决的问题.首先分析了配网划分不同网格后,网格内部电源和负荷的构成;其次分析了常用信息通信技术,研究了网格内源荷信息监测通信方案,设计了一种汇聚网格内源荷信息、网格间相互通信协调源荷功率平衡的就地监测终端,在此基础上给出了基于配网网格源荷信息的功率协调策略;最后通过研制终端对所提策略进行试验验证,结果表明该监测终端以及内置协调策略能够快速、准确对配网网格源荷功率进行协调与转供,对保障配网系统整体可靠运行有一定的实际应用价值.

Abstract

With continuous diversification of source and load types,and increasingly complex structure of in distribution networks,how to quickly coordinate internal source-load power balance has become an urgent problem.First in-grid source and load compositions of gridized distribution networks were analyzed.Second a monitoring and communication scheme for collecting and communicating in-grid source-load information was studied from the perspectives of common in-formation and communication technologies.Then an on-site monitoring terminal was designed with functions of both in-grid source-load information collection and inter-grid communicative source-load power balance coordination.Consequently a source-load information-based inter-grid power coordination strategy was proposed,and verified along with the designed terminal by experiment.The results indicated that the monitoring terminal and the embedded coordination strategy facili-tate quickly and accurately coordination and transfer of source-load power of distribution network grids,and have certain applicative value for ensuring distribution systems'overall reliable operation.
