为了提升空预器运行稳定性,研究1000 MW机组锅炉空预器电流波动异常检测方法.以33.5VNT2600型容克式三分仓回转式1000 MW机组锅炉空预器为研究对象,对其运行过程中的电流波动相关参数进行测定,从而实现空预器电流波动异常检测.从2A空预器电流波动周期分析,某些角度的轴向密封片与密封板间隙可能偏小.随着空预器冷热端温差加大,转子蘑菇状变形加剧,转动至相关位置时发生摩擦,进而引发电流波动.结合检测结果采取有效措施进行空预器电流波动异常处理,能有效降低2A机组转子从热端至冷端处的温度梯度,并能抑制转子的蘑菇形变.
Abnormal Current Fluctuation Detection of Boiler Air Preheater in 1000 MW Units
In order to improve the operational stability of boiler air preheater,a method for detecting abnormal current fluctuations of boiler air preheater of a 1000 MW unit was studied.The air preheater of the 33.5VNT2600 three part rota-ry 1000 MW unit boiler was taken as the object,and its current fluctuation related parameters during operation were measured to achieve abnormal detection.From the analysis of the current fluctuation period of 2A air preheater,the gap between axial sealing flake and sealing plate at certain angles might be too small.As the temperature difference between cold and hot ends of the air preheater increased,the mushroom-shape deformation of the rotor intensified,causing friction when rotating to the relevant position,which in turn triggered current fluctuations.By taking effective measures based on the detection results to deal with abnormal current fluctuations in the air preheater,the hot-to-cold-end temperature gradi-ent of the 2A unit rotor was effectively reduced,and the mushroom-shape deformation of the rotor was suppressed.
