变压器石墨烯涂层片式散热器散热性能研究

摘要
通过数值模拟的方法,比较了使用石墨烯涂层前后变压器散热片的散热性能变化,研究了变压器石墨烯片式散热器散热性能的影响因素.模拟结果表明,涂覆石墨烯涂层的片式散热器散热性能相比常规涂层得到提升,且散热量随散热片数和散热片高度的增加而增大.
Abstract
This paper entails a numerical simulation that compares the heat dissipation performance of transformer chip radiator with and without graphene coating,and analyzes the influencing factors of the heat dissipation performance of transformer graphene-coated chip radiator.The results show that the heat dissipation performance of transformer gra-phene-coated chip radiator is superior to that of radiator with conventional coating,and rises with increasing number and height of radiating fins.
