融合RF算法与MSCR的变压器内部故障排查及变压器继电保护研究

为了解决变压器内部故障排查和继电保护过程中的误差率较高、精度较低等问题,首先利用随机森林算法对变压器内部故障数据进行排查研究,然后利用磁饱和式可控电抗器的特性,通过变压器内部故障状态及其运行状态构建一种基于MSCR的继电保护仿真模型.结果表明,在训练集和测试集中3种故障分类器的准确率分别相差1.03%、3.04%和4.68%.这说明构建的继电保护仿真模型能对变压器内部故障进行有效排查和识别,从而为变压器的保护提供技术支持.
RF Algorithm and MSCR-integrated Internal Fault Diagnosis and Relay Protection for Transformers
In order to solve the problems of high error rate and low accuracy in internal fault diagnosis and relay protection process of transformers,the study first uses random forest algorithm to mine the internal fault data of transformers,and then utilizes the characteristics of magnetic saturation controllable reactors to construct a simulative relaying model based on MSCR by analyzing the internal fault status and operating status of transformers.The results showed that the accuracy of the three fault classifiers in the training and testing sets differed by 1.03%,3.04%,and 4.68%,respectively.This indi-cates that the constructed relaying model can effectively identify and troubleshoot internal faults in transformers,thereby providing technical support for transformer protection.
