基于原有隔离开关,设计出一种在占地面积及成本等方面得到优化的800 kV隔离开关小型化结构.针对小型化结构建立力学及电场的三维模型,并应用ANSYS软件进行力学及电场仿真计算,仿真结果可为隔离开关小型化结构的进一步优化设计提供理论依据.
Simulative Analysis of Miniaturization of Isolation Switch in 800 kV GIS
As an important component of GIS,the reliability of mechanical and electric field strength of isolation switches is crucial for the normal operation of products.On the basis of the original isolation switch,this essay designs a miniatur-ized structure for 800 kV isolation switch,which has been optimized in terms of footprint and cost.A three-dimensional model of mechanics and electric field is proposed for the miniaturized structure,and ANSYS software is utilized to simu-late the mechanical and electric field.Through the analysis of the simulation results,a theoretical basis is provided for the further optimization design of the miniaturized structure of the isolation switch.
