摘要
在梳理火电厂燃煤供应价值链的基础上,提出一种基于高斯混合模型和改进支持矢量机的燃煤掺配优化方法.该方法通过划分运行工况,构建考虑煤质、成本、环保等因素的多目标优化模型,并采用粒子群算法进行求解.某电厂应用案例表明,该方法在不同负荷工况下平均节煤2.1%~3.4%,具有显著的经济和环保效益.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the coal supply value chain in thermal power plants,this essay outlines a new method for optimizing coal feeding proportion based on Gaussian mixture model and improved support vector machine.By dividing the operating conditions,a multi-objective optimization model considering factors such as coal quality,cost,and environ-mental protection is constructed,and particle swarm optimization algorithm is used for solution.The case application of an actual plant shows that this method achieves an average reduction of 2.1%to 3.4%of coal consumption under different load conditions,and thereby has significant economic and environmental potential.
