高速列车弓网系统的稳定运行对于列车电力输送有着十分重要的意义.为提高弓网系统燃弧检测的准确性,探究了一种基于改进FasterRCNN的受电弓监控视频弓网燃弧检测方法,用于提取受电弓视频中的燃弧区域;同时,融合了 VGG16 网络,以改善图像分类与定位的性能.在仿真测试中,模型成功检测 386 张,误检 5 张(其中被误检为无燃弧情况的 2 张),漏检 12 张.由仿真实验结果可知,检测准确率为 99.2%,查准率为 99.2%,查全率为 99.5%,证明了所提算法的有效性,具备一定的实际应用价值.
Modified FasterRCNN-based Detection of Pantograph-Line Arc Through Visualized Monitoring
The stable operation of the high-speed railway pantograph network is of great significance for the power trans-mission to trains.In order to improve the detection accuracy of pantograph arc,the present work made a preliminary at-tempt to design a modified FasterRCNN-based method of identifying pantograph-line arc applicable for visualized monito-ring.The main work entailed the establishment of a FasterRCNN-based model which could extract the arcing area from the pantograph video,and the improvement of image classification and localization performance by combining the VGG16 network and the modified FasterRCNN model.In a simple simulative test,the proposed model achieved 386 true positive detections,5 false detections(including 2 false negative detections),and 12 missed detections,with detection accuracy,precision rate,and recall rate of 99.2%,99.2%,99.5%,respectively,demonstrating the model's potential effectiveness and practicability.
