摘要

针对高空作业安全的迫切需求,提出了一种针对高空作业安全带低挂高用违规行为的警告提示方法.该方法利用 RTK精准定位模块、4G通信模块、数据处理模块、电池电源管理模块和声光警示模块,通过精准定位和数据处理,实现对低挂高用违规行为的实时监测和预警.通过在安全带主副钩和腰带上加入 RTK 精准定位模块,准确获取作业人员的位置信息,判断是否存在违规行为.发现低挂高用行为时,通过声光警示模块进行提醒,同时将违规信息传输到后台安全带管理系统,以实现及时纠正和记录.该方法能实现在施工期间对作业人员的实时监督,具有高时效性、高目标性的特点,能在一定程度上提升高空施工作业的安全性.

Abstract

In view of the urgent need of aerial operation practices,a system which can give reminding alert against rule-vi-olated"low hanging and high use"behavior in safety belt usage has been proposed.The system consists of RTK precise positioning module,4 G communication module,data processing module,battery power management module,and sound and light alert module,and realizes real-time monitoring and pre-alert against the rule-violated"low hanging and high use"behavior through precise positioning and data processing.By adding RTK accurate positioning module to the main and aux-iliary hooks of the safety belt,position information of the operator can be accurately obtained to identify operational irreg-ularities.When detecting a rule-violated behavior,the system sends reminding alert to the operator through the sound and light alert module,and at the same time transmits the information to the background seat belt management system for timely correction and recording.The proposed system and the risk management strategy facilitate real-time supervision of the operating personnel,have the characteristics of high timeliness and high specificity and the potential of enhancing safe-ty in aerial work.
