ARIMA-based Comprehensive Prediction of Monthly Electricity Consumption of Distributing System
Due to the diverse user types and complex electricity consumption behaviors in China's distributing networks,conventional methods of predicting monthly electricity consumption are inferior in accuracy.In view of this an ARIMA-based comprehensive prediction method for monthly electricity consumption in distributing systems was proposed.By col-lecting and preprocessing monthly electricity consumption data of residential users,agricultural users,key proxy users,and key market-oriented users in the network system,an ARIMA model was established to comprehensively predict the monthly electricity consumption of the aforementioned user groups.The experimental results showed that the proposed method achieved comprehensive prediction error of monthly electricity consumption of only 0.7%,which verified prelimi-narily its high accuracy.
