基于ARIMA模型的配电网系统月用电量综合预测方法

针对我国配电网系统用户类型多样,用电行为复杂多变,导致传统方法预测的系统月用电量准确性较差的问题,提出基于 ARIMA模型的配电网系统月用电量综合预测方法.收集并预处理配电网系统的居民用户、农业用户、重点代理用户、重点市场化用户的月用电量数据,建立一个 ARIMA 模型,对配电网系统的居民、农业、代购电、市场化用户群的月用电量进行综合预测.实验结果表明,采用设计方法后的配电网系统月用电量综合预测误差仅0.7%,验证了该方法具有较高预测精度.
ARIMA-based Comprehensive Prediction of Monthly Electricity Consumption of Distributing System
Due to the diverse user types and complex electricity consumption behaviors in China's distributing networks,conventional methods of predicting monthly electricity consumption are inferior in accuracy.In view of this an ARIMA-based comprehensive prediction method for monthly electricity consumption in distributing systems was proposed.By col-lecting and preprocessing monthly electricity consumption data of residential users,agricultural users,key proxy users,and key market-oriented users in the network system,an ARIMA model was established to comprehensively predict the monthly electricity consumption of the aforementioned user groups.The experimental results showed that the proposed method achieved comprehensive prediction error of monthly electricity consumption of only 0.7%,which verified prelimi-narily its high accuracy.
