摘要

以上海市某 10 kV SLWL开关站为例,针对油浸式配电变压器实施了故障诊断与预防维护技术.通过先进的在线监测、数据分析和故障诊断模型的应用,成功检测并准确诊断了过电流、过温、局部放电和绝缘油微水含量增加等故障,检测率高达 94%~100%,响应时间在 2.5~4.8 s.项目实施后,年度故障率从 5.2%下降到 1.1%,MTBF从 850 h增加到 2100 h,维护次数减少 35%,年度维护成本降低 38%;此外,因设备故障引起的停电次数从10 次减少到 2 次,停电时长从 50h减少到 7h,供电可靠率从 99.5%提高到 99.95%.应用结果显示,故障诊断与预防维护技术在提升设备可靠性和供电稳定性方面具有显著效果,值得推广.

Abstract

This work carried out a case practical application of fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance techniques to the oil-immersed distributing transformers in a 10 kV SLWL switching station in Shanghai.By utilizing advanced online moni-toring,data analysis,and fault diagnosis models,various types of faults such as overcurrent,overheating,partial dis-charge,and oil moisture content increment,were successfully detected and diagnosed,with high detection rates and re-sponse time ranging within 94%~100%and 2.5~4.8 s,respectively.The case application achieved reduction in annual failure rate from 5.2%to 1.1%,increase in MTBF from 850 h to 2100 h,reduction in maintenance frequency by 35%,reduction in annual maintenance cost by 38%,reduction in equipment fault-induced power outage count from 10 to 2,re-duction in power outage duration from 50 hours to 7 hours,and increase in power supply reliability rate from 99.5%to 99.95%.Therefore the adopted fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance techniques are potentially effective in improving equipment reliability and power supply stability,and deserve further application.
