This essay focuses on a situation of correction coefficient being 2 with respect to a three-phase four-wire meter encountering single-phase voltage loss.It reports the on-site inspection and analysis carried out,which found that the fu-sion of A-phase and zero-phase voltage lines made the measured voltages from the second and the third measuring ele-ments actually partial voltage of the line,and consequently resulted in the aforementioned situation.
