针对变电站全面巡视过程中避雷器泄漏电流表人工抄录存在效率低、误差大的问题,设计一种手持式避雷器泄漏电流表辅助抄录装置.首先,基于图像识别技术完成避雷器泄漏电流与放电计数的自动抄录;其次,设计避雷器缺陷判定程序实现避雷器运行工况的就地判断;最后,通过样本进行模拟分析,验证装置设计的有效性.
During the comprehensive inspection of transforming substation,there are problems of low efficiency and large errors in manual reading of leakage current meters of lightning arresters.Thereby a handheld gadget was designed to facil-itate recording of lightning arrester leakage current meters.The new design mainly featured the introduction of image rec-ognition technology to achieve automatic recording of lightning arrester leakage current and discharge count and a defect judgement program to realize on-site judgment of arrester operating conditions.The effectiveness of the designed device was verified through simulation analysis.
