Case Analysis of Flashover Discharge Fault of Circuit Breaker
This essay focuses on the analysis of a case of internal flashover discharge fault encountered by an actual circuit breaker.By analyzing the waveform record,and by means of disassembly inspection,simulation testing,component anal-ysis,and fault reproduction testing,the fault cause was determined.To avoid the recurrence of similar faults,specific control measures,such as optimizing the design of circuit breaker shielding covers,improving the overall process control process requirements of equipment,and regularly conducting circuit breaker inspections,were proposed to reduce the probability of circuit breaker failures and improve the stability and reliability of power system operation.
