为适应不同地区的各类恶劣气候条件,应在预制舱设计过程中进行热计算和研究,配置合理的暖通系统,以保障舱内设备的安全稳定运行.介绍了预制舱热设计原则,研究了多种因素对预制舱内部温度的影响,并提出了一种预制舱热计算方法,分别对高温环境制冷量和低温环境供暖量进行分析计算.经工程实践验证,该方法具备准确性和可行性,可应用于不同地点、不同配置或不同温度要求的预制舱热设计.
Analysis of Thermal Design and Calculation for Prefabricated Cabin Substation
In order to improve adaptability of prefab-cabin transforming substations to various harsh weather in different regions,thermal calculations should be conducted during the design process,and an appropriate HVAC system should be introduced to ensure safe and stable operation of internal equipment.This work made a preliminary attempt to analyze im-pacts of multiple factors to internal temperature and explore thermal calculation method with respect to prefab-cabin sub-station according to its common design principle.It conducted calculations on the cooling capacity under high-temperature conditions and the heating capacity needed under low-temperature conditions.The proposed thermal calculation method was proved by practical application to actual cabin products accurate and feasible,and location,type and temperatureuni-versally applicable.
