在垃圾焚烧发电厂一键启动过程中,基于旁路系统设计了其具体控制策略,实现高效智能启机.采用高、低旁串联的形式进行控制,即对高低旁的快开进行联动,调节阀采用超驰开的控制模式,设置旁路不同运行模式及其切换状态点.旁路系统根据设置的参数自行切换控制模式,实现旁路系统的精准自控.经过策略优化及调试后,旁路系统达到了压力及温度的全自动调控目标,同时也实现了旁路系统与机组一键启停的自动控制配合.
Bypass Control Strategy for One-click Start of Waste Incineration Power Plant
This work designed a specific control strategy for bypass system in the one-click start process of waste incinera-tion power plant to realize efficient and intelligent start-up.It adopts the control form of high and low side in series,i.e.,the high and low side of the quick open linkage,the control valve adopts the overdrive open control mode,and sets the by-pass different operation mode and its switching state point.The bypass system alters the control mode based on the con-figured parameters to achieve precise automatic control of the bypass system.After strategy optimization and debugging,the bypass system achieved the goal of automatic control of pressure and temperature,and also realized the one-click start-stop control cooperation between the bypass system and the unit.
