Fuzzy PID-based Electrical Automatic Control of Nonferrous Metallurgy Equipment
The conventional electrical automatic control method for non-ferrous metallurgy equipment has poor control ef-fectiveness due to only constructing a quantitative analysis model from a single perspective.Therefore a fuzzy PID-based e-lectrical automatic control method for nonferrous metallurgy equipment was designed.First the operational data of the ob-tained non-ferrous metallurgy equipment were optimized for quantitative modeling.Then under the action of fuzzy PID,the variables were fuzzified and the corresponding membership functions were calculated.By formulating corresponding fuzzy rules,the corresponding PID parameters were calculated,and an electrical automatic controller for non-ferrous met-allurgy equipment was designed accordingly.Finally by constructing a control equation and calculating the corresponding control rate,a corresponding automatic control strategy was formulated.The experimental results showed that compared with conventional electrical automatic control methods for non-ferrous metallurgy equipment,the designed method a-chieved a higher control Bode rate and better control effect in practical applications.
