机组风闸位移自动检测系统在水电站的应用

针对传统机械式行程开关安装调试困难和风闸行程开关动作不到位等问题,某水电站采用霍尔式传感器原理式的接近开关代替传统机械式机组风闸行程开关,开发一种能采集机组风闸状态和监测风闸位移的自动检测系统.该自动检测系统通过PLC采集机组制动风闸状态和位移,进行逻辑判断,并通过中间继电器给水电站的计算机监控系统和机组制动控制屏使用,同时将机组制动风闸行程位移传送给计算监控系统后台,方便监视风闸状态.
Application of Automatic Detection System of Unit Air Gate Displacement in Hydroplants
Aiming at the problems of installation and debugging difficulties of conventional mechanical travel switch and inadequate action of air gate travel switch,an actual hydroplant adopted the proximity switch based on Hall sensor princi-ple for replacement and retrofit,and developed an automatic detection system that can collect the unit air gate status and monitor its displacement.The automatic detection system collected the state and displacement of the air gate by PLC,made logical judgment,and used the intermediate relay to the monitoring system of the hydroplant and the brake control screen of the unit.At the same time,the stroke displacement of the air gate was transmitted to the background of the mo-nitoring system for status monitoring.
