Design of Intelligent Dosing Device for Coal Slurry Water Treatment in Coal Floatation Plant
With increasing attention about clean utilization of coal resources in China,how to add required chemicals to coal slurry water more accurately and intelligently,and achieve efficient treatment of coal slurry water has become an ur-gent problem.Firstly edge computing is analyzed.Second an intelligent dosing device for coal slurry treatment is designed,with its functions,overall architecture,core component intelligent control box and overall information collection and com-munication scheme given.Edge computing was used to analyze and process the collected coal slurry water data locally and in real time,and information sharing was realized through wired and wireless communication with multiple terminals.Fi-nally an intelligent dosing strategy for coal slurry water treatment was studied and compared with commonly used dosing methods.It can be concluded that the proposed scheme can improve the efficiency of coal slurry water treatment,achieve precise dosing of coal slurry water,and satisfy relevant personnel's demand for dosing information,and thereby is poten-tially promising in improving the intellectualization and economic benefits of coal floatation plants.
