M310堆型低强度混凝土配合比可行性试验

M310堆型施工低强度混凝土的性能和表征数据值得关注和借鉴.通过田湾核电站5号、6号机组BL15混凝土配合比可行性试验发现,混凝土出机后到泵送试验结束,混凝土的坍落度、温度、抗压强度存在差异.试验结果表明:泵送混凝土的细物料总量宜大于450 kg/m3,混凝土入泵后坍落度会有损失,在外加剂的作用下30 min时损失不明显,90 min时损失达到20~30 mm,混凝土出机到入模平仓前增加的总温度等于入泵温度与出机温度之差加出泵温度与入泵温度之差,混凝土入泵前后的强度差别不大,出泵强度略高于出机强度,但出泵强度比出机强度离散性略大.
Feasibiliy Test of Low-strength Concrete Recipe for M310-type Reactor
The performance and characterization data of low-strength concrete for M310-type reactor deserve attention. Through the feasibility test of concrete recipe of unit BL15 of 5/6 Tianwan plant,it was found differences in slump de-gree,temperature and compressive strength of the concrete from initial mixing to pump outlet.Results showed that the a-mount of fine material pumped concrete should be higher than 450 kg/m3 .The concrete would experience slump loss upon entering the pump.Under the presence of admixture was not obvious,and 90 min loss was 20~30 mm.The temperature increase from initial mixing to mould inlet was equal to the sum of pump inlet-initial mixing temperature difference and pump inlet-outlet temperature difference.There could be found small strength difference of concrete before and after ente-ring the pump,and slightly higher average value but also larger discreteness in strength of pump outlet compared with ini-tial mixing.
