介绍了核电站喷淋系统的组成及运行原理,结合某核电站内喷淋泵的性能要求,采用Ansys软件建立喷淋泵壳体计算模型,分析在热冲击和地震动作用下该壳体的安全性.分析结果显示在热应力、地震动应力及两者的应力组合作用下,壳体结构上的最大应力均低于地震动下的许用应力,该喷淋泵壳体的结构设计合理,能满足事故工况准则.
Shell Safety Analysis of Spray Pumps in Nuclear Power Plants Under Thermal Shock and Seismic Motion
This paper introduces the composition and operating principle of the spray system in a nuclear power plant. Based on the performance requirements of the spray pump in a certain nuclear power plant,Ansys software is used to es-tablish a shell calculation model and analyze the safety of the shell under thermal shock and seismic motion.The results show that under the impact of thermal stress,seismic stress,and their combination,the maximum stress on the shell structure is lower than the allowable stress under seismic motion.The structural design of the spray pump shell is rational and can meet the accidental condition criterion.
