摘要

共享储能系统的规模化应用是解决偏远农村地区末端用户低电压问题、提高电网供电可靠性的重要手段之一.基于主从博弈的方法,以共享储能运营商为主导者,农网用户为跟随者,对共享储能的价格进行合理制定,以实现共享储能运营商、农网用户的利益最大化.算例验证表明,共享储能的合理定价有助于解决偏远农村地区用户低电压问题,提升农网用户电能质量,实现三方共赢,进一步促进共享储能的推广和使用.

Abstract

The large-scale application of energy storage sharing system is one of the important means to solve the low volt-age problem of end users in remote rural areas and improve the reliability of power supply.Based on the method of master-slave game,this paper takes the energy storage sharing operator as the leader and the rural network user as the follower to reasonably determine the price of energy storage sharing,so as to maximize the interests of the energy storage sharing operator and the rural network user.An example is given to verify that the reasonable price formulation of energy storage sharing can effectively solve the low voltage problem of users in remote rural areas,improve the power quality of rural us-ers,achieve a win-win situation among the three parties,and further promote the promotion and use of energy storage sharing.
