随着国内光电功能材料产业的不断发展,绕线设备已广泛应用于自动化装备领域.为了满足市场对高效、精密绕线设备的需求,选取电功能材料加热管丝全自动绕丝装置为研究对象,进行结构设计与研发.研究内容包括绕丝装置总体机械结构设计以及主轴系统性能分析.通过机械结构的优化设计,将单一生产模式优化改造为多级同步生产模式,从而进一步提升绕丝机生产效率,并为光电功能材料加热管丝全自动绕丝装置的研发提供理论依据和有力的技术支持.
Structural Design of Multifunctional Fully Automatic Wire Winding Machine
With the continuous development of domestic optoelectronic functional materials industry,winding equipment has found wide application in the field of automation equipment.To facilitate the development of efficient and precise wind-ing equipment,the present work designed and implemented a fully automatic wire winding machine for heating tube wires. The main efforts entailed the design of overall mechanical structure and the performance analysis of spindle system.The optimized design of the mechanical structure was expected to transform single production mode into multi-level synchro-nous production mode,and further,to enhance the production efficiency of winding machine.The output may provide the-oretical and technical information for the improvement of fully automatic winding devices for heating tube filaments of photoelectric functional materials.
