为研究某开关柜梅花触指弹簧断裂原因,通过断口宏观分析、电镜分析、化学成分检测和金相检验等方法进行测试.测试结果表明,梅花触指弹簧断裂原因为不锈钢弹簧处于高应力工况下因局部表面沾染含Cl-介质而发生应力腐蚀.为避免类似事故发生,梅花触指弹簧安装及使用过程中,应注意弹簧表面的洁净,不要沾染含Cl-介质.
Analysis on Fracture Causes of Tulip Contact Springs
In order to find the fracture cause of tulip contact spring of a switchgear,the fracture was studied by means of macroscopic observation,electron microscopic analysis,chemical composition measurement,and metallographic examina-tion.The test results showed that fracture cause of the tulip contact spring is stress corrosion under high stress conditions triggered by Cl-contamination on part of the spring surface.In order to avoid similar accidents,during the installation and use of tulip contact springs,the spring surface should be kept clean,and avoid Cl-contamination.
