红外诊断技术广泛应用于检测变压器的异常热点,这些热点可能由过载、电气接触不良、绝缘老化或其他故障引起,通过及早检测和定位这些热点,可采取预防性维护措施以避免潜在故障的发生.针对利用红外诊断技术及时发现的110 kV主变35 kV侧套管发热及渗漏油故障,从检测数据及发热机理维度开展发热及渗漏油故障原因分析,避免了设备故障的扩大,并提出了相应的运维建议.
Causal Analysis and Countermeasure Proposal with Respect to a Case of Heating and Oil Leakage Fault of Mid-voltage-side Bushing Encountered by an Actual Main Transformer
Infrared diagnostic technology has found wide application in detecting abnormal heating positions in transform-ers,which may result from overload,poor electrical contact,insulation aging,or other faults.By timely detecting and lo-cating these heating faults,preventive maintenance measures can be taken to avoid further occurrence of potential failure. This work focused on the timely discover of a case of heating and oil leakage fault of the 35 kV-side bushing of an actual 110 kV main transformer by infrared diagnostic technology.It conducted diagnostic analysis on the fault cause from the di-mensions of detection data and heating mechanism to avoid the expansion of equipment fault.It also proposed correspond-ing operation and maintenance suggestions.
