一种快捷配网FTU航插型防短路组合试验工具研制

随着配网的快速发展,配网自动化设备在配网建设中已不可或缺.针对常规试验接线方式在自动化开关仓调、现场调试及装置故障处理过程中接线速度慢,试验接线与终端二次端子连接不牢,且接线过程中易出现短路引起人身及设备伤害等问题,提出一种快捷配网FTU航插型防短路组合试验工具.经现场试验,该工具能够大幅度提高调试工作效率,保障现场工作安全,为保证设备的可靠动作、配网的稳定运行提供有力支撑.
A Fast FTU Aviation Plug-in Anti-short-circuit Combination Test Tool for Network Distribution
With the rapid development of distribution networks,distribution automation equipment has become an indis-pensable equipment in distribution network construction.In the processes of automatic switch compartment adjustment,on-site debugging,and device fault handling,conventional testing wiring methods are inadequate in wiring speed,wiring connection stability,and short-circuit prevention.In view of this the present work designed a fast FTU aviation plug type anti-short-circuit combination test tool for distributing networks.The design was verified,by on-site test,to facilitate large efficiency improvement of debugging work,ensure the safety of on-site work,and thereby provide support for equip-ment reliability and network operational stability.
