为进一步提高设备综合效率、打通纷杂设备数据的协议壁垒、提高设备使用寿命并降低维护成本,设计了针对汽车厂总装车间的设备管理系统来提高生产效率、改善设备管理水平并进一步实现设备的全生命周期管理和总装车间的管控一体化.主要研究了基于物联网的数据采集模块并设计了基于B/S架构的设备管理软件.
In order to further improve the comprehensive efficiency of equipment,break through the protocol barriers of complex equipment data,improve the service life of equipment and reduce maintenance costs.This work preliminarily de-signs an equipment management system for final assembly workshop of automobile factory,which has the potential of fa-cilitating improvements in production efficiency and equipment management level,and further realizing full-life-cycle man-agement of equipment and management-control integration of assembly workshop.The main efforts entail the design of data acquisition module based on the Internet of Things,and equipment management software based on the B/S architec-ture.
