摘要

如果不对电动汽车大规模接入电网的行为进行引导就容易导致负荷"峰上加峰".基于电动汽车的统计属性和用户用车的基本假设,研究电动汽车的电价策略,采用蒙特卡洛模拟得到不同电价策略下的电网负荷和用户的用电成本.最后通过粒子群算法寻优,确定充放电电价及峰谷时段,使电网负荷更加平坦,在保障供电企业合理收益的情况下,也能降低一定的用户用电成本,实现供电企业和用户的双赢.

Abstract

If the behavior of large-scale electric vehicle connection to the power grid is not guided,it will easily lead to the phenomenon of"peak on the peak".Based on the basic attributes of electric vehicles and the basic assumptions of user ve-hicles,this paper studies the pricing strategy of electric vehicles.Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the grid load and user's electricity cost under different pricing strategies.Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to de-termine the charge and discharge prices and peak and trough intervals.Properly determined pricing strategy facilitates a smoother grid load,and simultaneous rational economic profit of supplier and reduction of users'cost to a certain extent,achieving a win-win situation.
